Several years ago I bought several 3 pc suites, jumper, etc from Vertically Blessed in Bayside, VIC for my then young & tall daughters who were over feet and getting their first jobs. They were overjoyed to have them fit instead of trying to fit into other brands. Are you still in business?

I was very upset and disheartened to see two small birds for sale who were obviously distressed and going out of their minds in their little Perspex box. They had nothing at all available for mental stimulation and nothing to trim their beaks or claws on. It was just them, dirty water, hulled seeds and two perches. I tried calling the head office number to report this and was advised by the young women on the phone that she has never seen birds for sale with any toys in any store. Please do not spend your money with these heartless people.

I began to patronise Mitre 10 Bayswater after a competitor nearby failed to provide any assistance to me when I broke all the toes in one foot at their store. It was painfull, but the best thing that could have happened in view of the superior standard of service I have received ever since at Mitre 10 where you can't enter the shop without a cheery greeting and the offer of assistance which is always knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
