My names Paul. I have a vision impairment, and the staff here are great and super accommodating. They help me find my sizes etc.

I recently had my regular 6 monthly car service here. As usual all the staff from Reception to the service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a small problem with my car, which was detected when I arrived to collect my car. The staff noticed the problem and organized a temporary solution, as well as organizing to have the problem resolved permanently within a matter of days. Everything went smoothly and staff were excellent. I have always found the staff here excellent and friendly.

This florist provided the flowers for my son's wedding a few years ago and the arrangements were stunning. Every time I have asked for flowers for delivery, the comments from the recipients have been positive. A great place to deal with, always professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

The lady working this morning is the rudest person I have ever been served by. She was busy talking to someone and completely ignored me for more than a minute, then when I asked for assistance about a product she told me I was wrong and they didn't sell it (despite having bought it 2 days ago). Once she located the product she insisted it was called something else. Then she verbally berated my disabled son in front of other customers and when told he was disabled, she commented on how 'good looking' he was. I will not be entering this business when she is working! All other staff are polite and provide customer service, this person should not be a service role and is actually offensive and rude.
