    Fixed my Dell Laptop computer in a few hours. Also repaired my sons MacBook Pro for half the price Apple Quoted. Really friendly, a real workshop, and straight forward explanations. Great! thanks Guys.

    No response to emails about potential purchase, no follow up, when called again said they were "confused" about email I sent but they did not try to clarify anything by return email and said I should have got them back earlier. Maybe so, but now last pair of work shoes that I needed has sold and they are discontinued. Disappointed and not very friendly to deal with, poor lazy customer service.

    Rude staff, unhelpful and offensive When dresses were ordered, incorrect sizes ordered and subsequently none of the bridesmaid dresses fit the girls. Resulted in expensive alterations. Staff took no accountability for incorrect measurements taken at fitting Also overheard them referring to a larger girl as "fat."
