If you like pre-damaged vehicles, being treated like an inconvenience and mechanics not doing their job properly, then look no further than the Torque Group by A.P Eagers! I had the misfortune of having to deal with Torque Ford recently when I bought a new '17 Mustang GT and decided to have them fit some factory accessories. It all started when the salesman attempted to sell me aftermarket suspension which would void my warranty and without me asking I would not of found out. Next I received the car with a torn seat, scratched up door sill, quarter of a tank of fuel and looking like it had been left in a preschool covered in dirt and handprints. I still loved the car however, so I overlooked their mistakes, but the good ol' Torque group had to out do themselves. I had to bring my car back to Torque Ford to have my new Ford Performance suspension and other accessories fitted as well as have the broken items fixed. Unfortunately for Torque I had a fancy new set of dash cams fitted to the car and I also thought it would be a good idea to clear the trip computer when I dropped it off. When I picked up my vehicle at 4:30 I found that the steering wheel was heavily mis-aligned, the car pulled hard to the right when driving, the trip computer showed a 12km drive at 25L/100km was taken and I found my dash cams had been disconnected. After checking what footage I did have, it showed that all of the work was completed on the vehicle by 3:30 and that a wheel alignment was completed by the mechanics at Torque. It also showed that only a couple of km's were driven up to this point and that the mechanics had a great chat about what a waste of time fitting the FPV suspension was to my vehicle and paying out Mustang owners for getting factory suspension fitted. It then showed what sounded like a staff member saying that another staff member wanted to have a race, followed by the dash cams being disconnected. When I queried the Torque group and A.P Eagers about the treatment of my vehicle I was assured that I simply didn't understand how fuel economy works and that they drove my vehicle the same as I do at 12L/100km. When I queried the dash cameras being disconnected I was told it was normal process even though they had left them on all day. I then queried the wheel misalignment as I thought it may of been due to a curb being hit whilst a mechanic was on a joy ride or it may of simply been that doing their job was too much of a 'waste of time' for them to actually do it properly. After dealing with Torque for weeks, In a statement from A.P Eagers I was told not to release any footage and I was offered a free service. Now I have a car which may be damaged due to their incompetent workforce and there's nothing I can do about it.

Very helpful assistant until she thought she wasn't going to get a sale. Turned her back and walked off. So obvious she couldn't be bothered to help further. Would never go back to this shop
