service department has dropped the ball very badly on 2 occasions with our Prado, costing us $8000 + in repairs(blown head, replace transfer box) from real mechanic to repair their f'ups. their management replies to my problems with a denial that it was their problem. I would advise that you avoid them with anything but a simple service. Don't engage them to do anything that may require thought or skill.
